Privacy Notice

How DeepTerrane handles information

This notice explains the main categories of information used to operate DeepTerrane. It is intended as a practical transparency page and should be reviewed before any live billing launch or broader public announcement.

Information we use

DeepTerrane may use account information such as email address, display name, subscription status, and workspace access level to provide authenticated product access.

DeepTerrane stores curated Atlas records, sources, relationships, and evidence notes to operate the product. These records are editorial product data, not personal account data about subscribers.

When billing is enabled, payment processing is handled through Stripe. DeepTerrane does not need to store full payment card numbers in the application database.

How information is used

Account and subscription information is used to authenticate users, determine access, support billing workflows, and protect subscriber-only Atlas features.

Operational logs, security controls, and hosting/database services may be used to keep the product reliable, investigate errors, and prevent unauthorized access.

Public sample records are intentionally limited. Subscriber-only records are intended for authenticated Atlas access.

Service providers

DeepTerrane uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, and billing workflows. These providers may process information as needed to operate the service.
