Terms of Use

Using DeepTerrane

These terms describe the baseline expectations for using DeepTerrane. They should be reviewed before live billing, public launch, or customer acquisition.

Product purpose

DeepTerrane is a source-linked relationship-intelligence product focused on deep-sea mining and adjacent offshore critical-minerals ecosystems. It is intended to help users understand actors, relationships, and supporting evidence.

No professional advice

DeepTerrane provides research and intelligence tooling. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, engineering, scientific, or regulatory advice. Users should make their own professional judgments and review primary sources before relying on any record.

Accounts and access

Some DeepTerrane features are public samples. Subscriber and admin features require authenticated access and may be limited by subscription status or role.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using the product in a lawful, professional, and non-abusive manner.

Evidence and source links

DeepTerrane records are intended to be supported by source links and evidence notes. Source availability, source content, and external URLs may change over time. Users should verify important source material directly.

Billing status

Live billing is not currently active on the production site. When subscription billing is enabled, billing workflows are expected to use Stripe-hosted checkout and customer portal flows.
